The Pakistan Marine Academy (PMA), Karachi, a premier institution under the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, has officially announced admissions for the 65th Batch of Cadets. Unmarried male Pakistani citizens can apply for fully residential professional training programs in Nautical (Deck) and Marine Engineering branches. Successful completion leads to an Associate Degree from NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, and sets you up for a glorious career in the global Merchant Navy.

⚓ Eligibility & Criteria
- Nationality: Unmarried Male Citizens of Pakistan.
- Age Limit: Maximum 20 Years on December 31, 2026. (1-year relaxation for candidates belonging to FATA/Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, and Balochistan).
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) or equivalent O/A-Levels with at least 55% marks (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics streams).
- Hope Certificate: Candidates waiting for F.Sc Part-II results can apply with a minimum of 60% marks in Part-I, supported by a Hope Certificate from their college head.
🏃 Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Standards
Candidates must qualify for the following physical tests to proceed further:

📝 Selection & Registration Process
- Download the prospectus and application form from the official PMA portal at www.pakistanmarineacademy.edu.pk.
- Submit the filled form along with a bank draft of Rs. 4,000/- made out to Pakistan Marine Academy, Karachi (National Bank of Pakistan, PMA Branch, Code: 0239).
- Appear for the written entrance test conducted at various regional centers (Karachi, Lahore, Sukkur, Quetta, Multan, Gwadar, Abbottabad, Peshawar, Muzaffarabad (AJK), Rawalpindi) on August 9, 2026.
- Shortlisted students will pass through Medical Examinations at Military Hospitals and undergo the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) before final interviews.
