Required Qualifications: Candidates who have successfully passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent examinations (12 years of education).
Awaiting Results: Students who have appeared in the final examination of HSSC or equivalent and are currently awaiting their final results are also fully eligible to apply.
📝 Step-by-Step Online Registration Process
- Online Registration: Visit the official ETC registration portal at http://etc.hec.gov.pk.
- Profile Submission: Create your account, complete the personal/academic application form, and submit it. Applications in SAVE or INCOMPLETE status will not be evaluated.
- Fee Generation: Generate the system-prescribed fee deposit invoice via the portal.
- Fee Payment: Deposit the registration fee through 1Link/1Bill Invoice payment services using your unique generated consumer number.
- Verification: After executing the payment, click on "Verify Online Payment" directly on your ETC dashboard. Note that the application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Roll Number Slips: Registered candidates can download their Roll Number Slips from the ETC portal or receive notification alerts via registered email and SMS one week prior to the test date.
Important Instruction: A printed copy of the Roll Number Slip along with your original CNIC/Passport (or original B-Form with a clear photograph for under-18 candidates) is mandatory for entry into the examination center.
