2. Required Documents

3. How to Apply

Process: Send the application along with attested copies of the required documents by registered post to the office address before the deadline.

4. Terms & Conditions
- Only permanent residents of Abbottabad district are eligible to apply.
- Applicant age should be between 18 to 40 years.
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant trade experience.
- The applicant must have no criminal record.
- Applications must reach the Superintendent District Jail, Abbottabad office within 15 days of advertisement publication via registered post.
- Incomplete or applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Only short-listed candidates according to rules will be called for interview.
- Original documents and ID card must be presented at the time of interview.
- False information will lead to disqualification.
- Recruitment process will be conducted transparently based on merit.
- The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.

3۔ درخواست دینے کا طریقہ
طریقہ: ہارڈ کاپی (ڈاک)
عمل: درخواست کے ساتھ تمام مطلوبہ دستاویزات کی تصدیق شدہ کاپیاں لف کرکے آخری تاریخ سے پہلے بذریعہ رجسٹرڈ ڈاک دفتری پتے پر ارسال کریں۔

اہم نوٹ: انٹرویو کے لیے کوئی ٹی اے/ڈی اے نہیں دیا جائے گا۔
4۔ شرائط و ضوابط
- صرف ضلع ایبٹ آباد کے مستقل رہائشی درخواست دینے کے اہل ہوں گے۔
- امیدوار کی عمر 18 سے 40 سال کے درمیان ہونی چاہیے۔
- متعلقہ شعبے میں تجربہ رکھنے والے امیدواروں کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔
- امیدوار کے خلاف کوئی مجرمانہ ریکارڈ نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔
- درخواستیں اشتہار کی اشاعت کے 15 دن کے اندر سپرنٹنڈنٹ ڈسٹرکٹ جیل ایبٹ آباد کے دفتر میں بذریعہ رجسٹرڈ ڈاک جمع کروانا ہوں گی۔
- نامکمل یا مقررہ تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
- صرف قوانین کے مطابق شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔
- انٹرویو کے وقت اصل دستاویزات اور شناختی کارڈ پیش کرنا لازمی ہوگا۔
- غلط معلومات فراہم کرنے پر نااہل قرار دیا جائے گا۔
- بھرتی کا عمل میرٹ پر شفاف طریقے سے مکمل کیا جائے گا۔
- محکمہ آسامیوں کی تعداد میں کمی یا بیشی کا اختیار رکھتا ہے۔
